Menu Hungarian Beef Paprikash with parsnip balls, a warming casserole made with paprika and celery leaf (parsnip balls are a lighter, delicious alternative to dumplings) Served with dauphinoise potatoes and buttered fresh vegetables Vegetarian Option
Sweet Potato and Chestnut Loaf with tomato and rosemary sauce Served with wild rice and steamed broccoli
Apple and Calvados Tart served with chantilly cream (gluten free pudding available on request)
