Hungarian Beef Paprikash with parsnip balls, a warming casserole made with paprika and celery leaf (parsnip balls are a lighter, delicious alternative to dumplings)
Served with dauphinoise potatoes and buttered fresh vegetables

Sweet Potato and Chestnut Loaf with tomato and rosemary sauce
Served with wild rice and steamed broccoli
