Regatta Week starts this Weekend...... All Dinghy Sailors - make sure you have the Saturday Dinghy Regatta etched in your diary. We want a really big turnout to do the Regatta proud. Remember all proceeds from the entry fees go to the Regatta Fund. The start time is 11am with 3 races back to back for keen contestants but everyone is welcome to join in for just one or two with a more relaxed approach. Beer Dinghy Regatta Saturday 8th August If you can't sail please find some time to help with meet and greet for visiting boats, organising dinghy trolleys, and winching the dinghies ashore - anything you can do will be very much appreciated. Don't miss our sizzling Barbeque on Saturday evening, the bar will be open !
Beer Luggers and Cruisers Regatta Thursday 13th August You can watch the sailing and the raft races from the clubhouse terrace, the bar will be open at lunchtime and the kitchen will be open all day for refreshments. You can also get a great view of the fireworks on Thursday evening - the bar will be open as usual from 7pm - 10pm
Beer Sailing Club - supporting our local community - We are very pleased to be able to help the Beer Regatta Committee every year, and not just by hosting the sailing races on Thursday and Saturday, but also by providing e.g. a patrol boat for the rowing race, a fund raising boat for the Barrel Rolling night, plus furniture and equipment generally throughout the week. We'd love to see you down at the Club If you want to get involved !

Winch Volunteers There's no better sight for for the patrol boat crew than to see some willing volunteers waiting to help 'White Eagle' safely back to it's berth on the beach Sailing Club Winches The Sailing Club winches are there to make life easier for everyone to go sailing. If you need some advice or guidance on how to use them safely please get in touch. We are available to help.
